Age of Consent: By placing an order at SilkyRoad.com.au the purchaser declares that they are of legal age to purchase the items being 18 in Australia and New Zealand. If it is discovered by SilkyRoad that the purchaser is not legally entitled to order certain goods, we may refuse the order.

Forming of Contracts: All orders made by you through SilkyRoad.com.au are subject to acceptance from us and availability. SilkRoad may choose not to accept your order for any reason we see fit.

Prices of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice (although we will inform you if any such price change affects your order). For the avoidance of doubt, no contract will exist between you and SilkyRoad Pty Ltd for the sale of any product by SilkyRoad unless and until SilkyRoad sends the purchaser an e-mail confirming that the item or items have been dispatched.

Cancellation: For the purchaser to cancel a contract in accordance with your legal right to do so, you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel. Please see our returns policy for more information.

Price Match

  • We will only price match online products from online stores deemed to be reputable Australian sex toy suppliers.
  • The price match will not apply to products on discount sites, deals sites, auction sites and does not apply to discounted supplier store items.
  • Products from supplier stores must be genuine quality products and comply with Australian standards.
  • Prices listed on websites of products must be current and in AUS dollars.
  • SilkyRoad reserves the right to reject any best price match at our discretion.

  • Items must be delivered within Australia and prices must be in Australian dollars.
  • Only applies to Australian owned and run sites. The stock must be Australian, official and in stock, ready for dispatch.
  • Competitor price must also take into account all shipping charges.
  • Doesn’t apply to items listed/sold on group buy/auction sites and sites locked under membership walls. These include Ebay and Amazon.
  • Doesn’t apply to items listed that are promoting run out stock or liquidation sales.

    To return a product to us, fill in the form below then follow the instructions you’ll receive by email. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items to us.

    Due to the intimate nature of our products, any products you would like to return must be unopened, unused or unworn and have packaging or tags intact. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges. All purchases are covered by our 1-year product guarantee. If anything goes wrong with your product, we’ll replace it for up to a year after purchase. We will process refunds via the same payment method you used to place the order. It may take your financial institution 3-5 business days to refund the money to your account once we have processed the refund request.

    About our discreet shipping

    We pride ourselves on being the fastest in getting our products out to you. That’s why when we receive your order, we process it immediately and send it off to be delivered to you. All orders are dispatched from our facility in Sydney city in plain brown boxes or envelopes and are highly discreet. Your order will be discreetly packaged and will not include references relating to the product purchased or name of the site purchased from. For further discretion, the sender’s name will not be displayed on the parcel. Your order will be delivered by Australia Post and can be tracked right to your door.

    How can I track my order?
    When your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking number and a link to the Australia Post website where you can track it.

    What if I’m out when my order arrives?
    If you’re out when Australia Post attempts to make a delivery, they will find a safe place to leave your parcel or will take it to the nearest Post Office. They will leave a card explaining how you can collect your parcel. Orders will be held at your nearest Post Office for 10 working days before being returned to us. Don’t forget to take the delivery notification (collection card, SMS or email) and some photo ID registered to your delivery address when you collect your order in person.
